I live in Aberdeen and flew down to collect my Honda civic type R. The staff were extremely helpful, carried out a detailed walk round and sent any pics/videos I requested. Warm welcome when I got there. My highest praise should be evident in my writing this on xmas eve in the midst of setting up everything for santas arrival (and I don't do reviews). Don't hesitate to give them a phone, after sales is also exemplary. Wish you guys all the best, if you keep up these standards you'll go far and have a repeat customer in me.

It's nice to get such quick feedback and accurate responses to one's questions. Buying, as I did, without even seeing the car as I live in France, is risky of course, but Hassan and his guys are on the ball and were thoroughly reassuring. Reverie offered a car for sale. My wife and I viewed it and had a satisfactory test drive. Subsequently we discussed the price and reached an agreement to buy. The sale staff at St Albans office were courteous to deal with, and both helpful and efficient in completing the paperwork. The car seems OK so far, though it's early days.

From the very first point of contact with Reverie Autos Limited the service I received was 10 out of 10. I was initially kindly met at the local tube station and transported to the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys were very open and transparent around the vehicle I eventually purchased. The vehicle had been serviced and the few faults I discovered were soon rectified in time for delivery. I would definitely recommend these guys !!

As service should be. This is first time I have used this company, and the service from the moment you walk in the door is nothing but excellent. I Bought a BMW from Reverie Autos and after a month I started to have problem with the breaking system, immediately I called to Reverie was asked to bring the car into their garage, the car was fixed perfectly and dropped off to mine, no hustle. More then happy to use them on a regular basis and happy to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car . If only customer service could be that good in all places.

I have been looking for a car for so long and visited so many traders as didn't want to buy from private as this was my first car, so wanted a bit of guarantee. I was very impressed with Reverie Auto's easy to use website and the pictures of the cars. When I came to view the car that I have now purchased I felt very welcome in the showroom. This was the first trader that I felt was honest and didn't want to rip me off. I was able to view the car with all the time I wanted. The location of the showroom is perfect as I was allowed to drive the car within a private complex, so felt very comfortable in doing so. I was offered 5-day drive away insurance that I wasn't offered before, and I was assured that I can contact them at any time if anything was to go wrong. They were top class!!!
